Terms of Service

By accessing or using Fanch Studio (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Fanch Studio is an AI-powered video creation platform that enables users to transform scripts and narratives into cinematic video content. The Service includes: AI script analysis and character extraction, image generation (characters, scenes, storyboards), video composition and rendering, multi-character AI voice acting, and related creative tools. The Service relies on third-party AI providers, and the quality, availability, and capabilities of generated content may vary.

An account is required to use the Service. You agree to: provide accurate and complete registration information, maintain the security of your account credentials, notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, and take responsibility for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased through the pricing page and consumed when using AI features. Credit prices are displayed in USD, and all purchases are processed securely via Stripe. Credits are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We use idempotent transaction processing and balance freeze mechanisms to prevent duplicate charges. Bonus credits are promotional in nature and may be subject to additional terms.

You agree not to: generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on third-party rights, attempt to bypass security measures, rate limits, or billing controls, use the Service for automated scraping, denial of service, or abuse, reverse engineer or extract the underlying AI models or algorithms, resell or redistribute generated content as an AI service, or violate the acceptable use policies of the underlying AI providers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Your Content: You retain ownership of the scripts, prompts, and creative inputs you provide. Subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers, you own the generated outputs (images, videos, audio) created through your use of the Service. Our Platform: The Fanch Studio platform, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is our intellectual property and protected under applicable law. The Glass design system, model gateway architecture, and workflow engine are proprietary technologies.

AI-generated content may be imperfect, unexpected, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated outputs. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before publishing or distributing it. AI models may occasionally generate content that resembles existing works. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of generated content does not infringe on third-party rights.

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to: scheduled maintenance and updates, third-party AI provider outages, infrastructure issues beyond our control, or force majeure events. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fanch Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if required by law. Upon termination: your access to the Service will cease, your project data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period, and unused credits will not be refunded (unless required by law).

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Fanch Studio operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
